All my handmade dolls/items are carefully checked and packaged before they are sent out. I try my best to describe & photograph the items as accurately as possible to ensure you are happy with your purchase prior to me sending out the order.

PLEASE NOTE : If you are purchashing from outside of the UK, you may be charged import duty depending on the terms & conditions of your country. We are not liable for any extra charges that you may incur.

If you are not completely happy with your order once received, a refund minus the postal costs will only be issued if the item is returned it's original condition & packaging.
